Born in Morioka in 1952, Nobuho Miya is he head of a third-generation «Kamasada» ironware workshop founded in the Meiji era. His work is unique not only in its technique but in its simplicity and elegance. The rim of this pan is much lower than other cooking pans. This pan is perfect to make pancakes or crepes. It can be used as a regular pan to cook steaks or omelets as well.
